Your appointment is very important to me; it is specifically designed for your relaxation and ideal pampering. I understand that life does happen, but I respectfully do ask that at least a 24 hours notice for cancellation is provided. This allows other clients on my waiting list the ability to book their appointment. 


Online Confirmation
As a courtesy you will receive an email / text from my online booking site Vagaro to confirm your service appointment one to two business days prior to your appointment date. Please always confirm your appointment to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the possibility of a cancellation fee. 


Late Policy
Clients will be allowed a 10-minute time frame for lateness. If due to lateness you are not able to to stay within your appointment time, additional charges for a second appointment may apply. Please never hesitate to call or text if you feel you might be late.
